ranted @ 9:10 PM i was being v unproductive during the weekends. i skipped and cancelled all my farming/hyping sessions wanting to spend more tym with K. both of us have v v expensive hobby,i realised. drinking expenses alone is enuff to kill us! -.-
fri night was spent with K doing nth except for enjoying our hoegaardens and lychee wine thruout the night. oh, and i accompanied him for his fishing trip too. damn. it's such a boring activity, dun understand y pple can go crazy over fishing. O.o"

Saturday (24.07.2010)
slept till our heart's content before waking up for my haircut @ FEP. my haircut lasted for a good whole 3 hrs and my butt literally aches aftertt. zzz!

oh fyi, he's trying to keep his eyes wide open bcuz i've been commenting on his tiny eyes for the entire camwhoring session. LOL! :p


K went fishing at night while i went to meet the baobeis to head down dolly for some drinks tgt. it was super impromptu la. machiam mobilisation lidat. tsk tsk! nvtheless, we had our own share of fun even though we reached there pretty late! =X

i realised i tend to be v v slack during the end of every month. the funny thing's my eyelids tend to get super heavy every morning during month end. therefore, i always din managed to wake up on tym for my postings. (FYI, there's a timing for posting of adverts daily) tsk tsk! =X
oh, did i mentioned i just closed a deal with mediacorp last week? hehs! they actually chose my unit out of so many other agents. super cool can. its lyk they just immediately confirmed my unit during their first viewing. niceeeeeee! ^^
did paperworks for them in the afternoon and then went home to slack again b4 meeting K for movie to end our night. Inception was awesome, & leonardo's cute! :p

woke up ard 10++ for alil postings. went office to act hardworking since i've got no viewings at all. ended up met tiffany and K at TPY hub for late lunch ++ slacking instead! -.-
went back in the evening to wash up b4 heading over to wavehse tgt with K. its lyk a SOP on wed nights.
go wavehouse, guys play with water, girls gossip tgt, left sentosa ard 1++, go for supper, home.
both of us were so tired we actually KO 5 mins after reaching my place. LOL. =X

okayyy, today's so much better. i had at 2 viewings b4 i call it a day. lunch with K b4 gg home to do some paperworks. can't wait for fri to come. showflat's gonna start next week and i've been so so so NUA this week. dooom!! :(

& so, ytd was work with constant rain thruout the day. NICEEEEE! :( worked till evening b4 i trained down to orchard and met up with ming for kopi session. its been MONTHS since i last saw him lo. we literally chatted non stop from 6++ all the way till 9++ b4 K came and joined. i love these type of la kopi sessions. just bumming ard at coffee clubs with peeps and gossipped/update each other current's lives. AWESOME! :)))
went over boat quay for late dins with K b4 we headed down to "13 sisters" pub and find the clique.

met up with daniel,xiao ru,serene,serene's bf,ah seng and cindy. beer,chivas and martell to keep us occupied thruout the entire night. was supposed to stay till latest 1am b4 gg back. who knws, we only went back at 3++! -.-

waking up at 8am to meet client when you had a late night is super torturous!! i cld barely kept my eyes open thruout the morning and i prolly yawned closed to 100 tyms. =X
went back office to do my things till 4++ b4 heading home for a short nap. Now i feel so refreshed while blogging this. Gonna go wash up and prepare meet K for our "inception" movie date already. woohoooo!
P/s: i was supposed to farm tonight, bt im seriously getting alil sick of it alr. SELF declared no farming day for me today! :p

i had been wasting alot of tym on my residential issue lately. had been doing my farming from monday to thurs, every night w/o fail. find it v v time consuming and no results at all! as much as i wanna be motivated and brain wash everyone with the "we will reap what we sow" mentality, im not even convinced by the whole project! zzzz! -.-
had been neglecting K,friends and partying sessions BIG TYM! this is bad!! T.T


thursday was a pretty gd day for me. closed my first deal of the month,lyk finally! it was just couple of hundreds la, bt sufficient for me to get my momentum gg. to think i was still so worried for the past week, ranting to K and partner abt me having no sales at all. phewwww. farming as usual at night and went hm to put my car b4 heading down Shin's. K was with friends while i stayed at DK's table. drank and chatted with them till 3++ b4 i was dead tired and pestered K to go home. LOL.


if thurs was a gd day, den fri's even better for me. had 4 viewings at every hour and i actually closed 2 deals on the spot. awesome! making a trip down to dua peh kong monthly is so damn worth it! :p
slogged till evening b4 gg home to rest awhile. met up with K ard 10++ and we headed down butter fact tgt for bel's bday celebration.i don't knw if its me or wad, bt i actually got alil high drinking just vodka tt night! K said prob its bcuz i din ate anything for the entire day, bt seriously i secretly think my alcohol intake's getting worst la. sighhhh! T.T




as for today, its a very rare day off w/o having to think of work. its just a normal day gg out on a date with K. went shopping and i spent nearly $200 on heels alone. retail therapy really works and is making me feel alil emotionally balanced now. hehs! :p
okayyyy,the whole world's enjoying outside now except me. got to slp now and wake up at 8am for work tml. hope everyone don't enjoy tonight's partying. pffffft!

woke up early in the morn to do my usual posting routine. commercial viewings was enuff to kill my entire afternoon. went office to meet up with partner for awhile b4 heading back home. washed up alil and met up with K ard 8++ to catch twilight. I was so tired with work,i actually slept thruout the movie even though EDWARD WAS MAD CUTE! sighhhhh.
headed home straight after and KO immediately.


Friday (09.07.2010)
i sweared i was so so so busy for the entire day. met up with various clients from 11++ all the way till 5++. literally no tym for lunch at all. reached office ard evening tym to settle some residential issues b4 leaving for joo chiat. Met up with my residential team members and we began our farming again. i hate farmings la!! not only we have to put flyers at every letterboxes, we also get traumatized by annoying dogs every nw and then. zzzz! -.-
farmed till 11++ b4 gg town to meet K,tiff and alex for awhile.

look @ my shagged face. hehs! thk god he was so supportive during this period. :)))
reached home ard 1++, did abit of preparation for my residential sales kit b4 turning in.


Saturday (10.07.2010)
met up with my team members ard 9++ at eunos for our hyping session. i tot farming was bad enuff, who knws hyping's even worst. we were kinda literally running a roadshow with just our company's banner under the hot blazing sun thruout @ parkway parade. we spent our entire day talking to passerbys trying to get their numbers for our showflat launch etc. can already imagine how many rejections we faced. tsk tsk! =/
went ECP in the evening to continue our 2nd round of hyping. madness,seriously! i was in agony considering the fact tt it's my 1st day of period. sighhhhh. thk god K came over to fetch me ard 8++ and we went for dins b4 heading back home.
i think i KO ard 1++, din even managed to catch WC.damnnnnnnnn!! T.T

i hope our honeymoon period dont have to end,seriously. woke up with brkfast prepared by him;scrambled eggs ++ sausages. slurpssss! (:
accompanied him for his viewing @ holland V b4 spending our remaining lazy sunday afternoon tgt at starbucks! :)))
reached his place ard 9++ and started playing MJ with tiffany,serene and K's mum. tym chk nw is 2am and they are still planning on another round. NICE! -.-

ranted @ 2:06 AM June had been a fantastic month for me. my career reached the peak and thk god all the travelling down to loyang din go to waste. hehs! life with K was very smooth sailing for the entire month. My days always ended so perfectly bcuz of him!♥♥♥♥

met up with my girls on the 25th June for some catching up. the so called "long awaited" fotos were finally posted up to FB. tsk tsk tsk!


and not to forget, i actually cancelled my bintan trip with the clique @ a very last minute. too many things to do over the weekends and sometyms be a leader sucks,big tym! urghhh! :(

it was my first entire tym i actually closed a deal on the spot right after my client finish viewing the unit. thk god for tt, i actually exceeded what im supposed to hit for my June sales target. damn happy. i spent my whole day in the office doing the necessary paperworks while K spent his whole evening doing some topshells for me to eat bcuz i had some sudden cravings for tt! =X
reached home ard 8++ and K came over to pick me up for dins b4 gg over his place for the topshells!! :)))

it was awesomeeeeeeeeeeee can! we had 2 bottles of white wines to go with the delicacy and spent our night watching some dramas. god, im so blissed! :p

went hm in the late morn to prepare for afternoon's viewing. went office and burnt my entire afternoon doing some residential project thingy. sighhh. i think i can't multi task, i dont even knw what to focus on now! T.T
meeting till 9pm b4 gg bk to change. met bel @ zouk and we actually mambo-ed the whole night tgt with harriett dear. ^^
both me and bel were so damn lousy. 2 jugs of LIT can start to make us high for the entire night alr. gd thing we saved alot of money tt night. ahahahahs! =/
K came picked me up ard 3++ and i KO immediately thereafter. zzz.

woke up ard 8am to go TPY HUB with mummy for our new flat's first appt. god, they really lyk to make ppl wait. we actually got everything settled only ard 1pm++. zzz!
reached home and did alil postings b4 i dozed off unknowingly on my desk. too tired!! i can't afford to party and wake up early lyk b4 alr. sighhh.
met up with K at night and we went boat quay for late dins b4 heading down shin to look for DK & andy. whole night of hoegaarden ++ martell and they were trying damn hard to psycho me into gg bintan the next day. i was damn tempted to go, but thinking of work makes me actually rejects them tym and again. sighhhh, tt feeling sucks big tym la! T.T
anw we stayed @ shin till 3++ b4 gg bk to catch some slp.


Friday (02.07.2010)
met up with sista and haze for some late lunch @ ION b4 rushing off to meet my clients. i hate unreasonable clients. arranged to meet at a timing already, last min can call and insist to change! zzz!!! -.-
reached TPY ard 6++ and met up with partner for some dins ++ buying of fruits b4 we head down to loyang.
the whole "ritual" ended ard 10++ and went over sentosa to surprise K! :)
watched WC with him b4 we went bk tgt. no partying tt night, i turned in ard 2++ bcuz of sat's open hse! urghhhh.


Saturday (03.07.2010)
woke up ard 8am to prepare b4 heading down to eunos for some condo's open house. it was boring to the max. we camped at the condo from 10am till 5++ and there were not much souls walking in at all. i was practically playing bejeweled the whole day. LOL!
K picked me up thereafter and surprised me with koi milktea.

i was only randomly telling him "koi milktea would be perfect if i cld drink it right after the open hse" the night b4 we dozed off.
mad loves! :)
went to have dins with his family b4 sending me home to change. went out ard 9++ again wanting to catch WC, but everywhere was packed. dammit! we ended up meet tiff (K's friend) and settled in town watching argentina vs germany. did i mentioned we only managed to catch a glimpse of the tv screen only? hehs! :p
went west coast mac aftertt to la kopi till 2++ b4 heading back. (:


Sunday (04.07.2010)
woke up ard 2++ and we decided to head to town for lunch.stupid K refused to let me go home and change b4 heading dwn. therefore, i was roaming in orchard for the entire sunday with messy hair and oily face!-.- & the best thing is we actually took a bus down tt day. something for a change! :p
had our lunch @ ION foodcourt. i wanted to buy a cap tt day,combed the entire FEP and found nth at all. so disappointing!! bus-ed back ard 7+ and we actually had a super impromptu MJ session with his mum and tiffany. tsk tsk!
MJ-ed till 3++ b4 gg bk to slp.


Monday (05.07.2010)
woke up ard 9++ and started to do my first postings for the month. i was so NUA tt day,i decided to self proclaim my day off. LOL.
did some postings, took alil nap b4 gg for my facial in the late afternoon. reached home ard evening and same kakis suddenly called for impromptu MJ session again. O.o
MJ-ed till 1++ b4 we went to meet tiff (K's friend) @ River Valley for supper. goodness, im so gonna get fat for sure at this rate im eating! sobs! :(
reached home ard 3+ and i still can KO immediately.doom!!!


Tuesday (06.07.2010)
woke up early to continue on my postings again, so far no deals near to close yet. damn worrying!
btw! i actually fell flat on the face right after pumping petrol. was texting ++ walking @ the same tym and i tripped over a ledge. damn!! both my knee caps were bruised and i even got an injured ankle as bonus. sighhh.
went for a couple of viewings in the afternoon b4 meeting partner & robert @ hub for late lunch. went office aftertt to do some stuffs and it was meeting,meeting and still meeting for my entire evening! one reason y i hate to do residential!! T.T
went home to change b4 meeting K. went west coast mac (again) to la kopi with tiff and alex (K's friends). loitered there till 12++ b4 gg bk. was pestering K to help me do some transferring of data to my lappy and he finally got it done while watching WC over @ my place. -.-

trying to be very discipline and wake up early for the postings. my ankle was in pain the whole afternoon and K unexpectedly surprised me with crystal jade's porridge right to my doorstep when i jokingly told him ytd only crystal jade's porridge cld heal my injured ankle! damn blissed! :))))))
slacked ard at home b4 gg down office ard 5++ for some cold callings.
headed down eunos ard 7++ with my residential team for dins b4 we started our "farming" for the night. it was damn tiring to throw flyers and walking ard in heels (plus my injured ankle) can! we gave out flyers till 10++ b4 calling it a day. came home,bathed and blogged till nw. im feeling so slpy nw. tml onwards is gg to be very very busy for me till the end of July. may dua peh kong bless me!! =X
