my whole afternoon's preoccupied with viewings as usual. supposed to end viewing ard 4pm. who knws, everything dragged till 5++ and the deal was still not closed! -.-
rushed down to HSR (soon-to-be-company) and filled up some application forms ++ talk cocked with soon-to-be colleagues till nearly 8pm can. oh well, i din knw guys can talk so much. tsk tsk!
thereafter, i cabbed down to wine company and met up with my long lost ex THG colleagues. finally!

the few of us had 2 bottles of our all all tym fav lychee wine and gossipped as usual about those eyesores in THG. yayness. i love these type of monthly meet ups. we shld seriously do it more often! afterall, the bills are always paid for! =X
talked till ard 11pm before i had to make a move first. headed down to dolly and met up with ass,MM and michelle to finish up our 3/4 martell balance! every1 of us had to wake up early the next day and we went off ard 1++.


Friday (26.03.2010)
appt was cancelled at the very last min. headed down with partner for some showflat briefing in the late afternoon. i love gg showflats;it always seems so grand seriously! :D
went to take passport photo @ TPY in the late afternoon with partner. lols. sibei boliao. all bcuz of our new namecards at our new company and thks, it costs us $30 for tt! -.-
had our cheap dinner nearly b4 i trained down to redhill and waited for D to knock off. zzz! we went over newton food centre and i ate again after one hr! omgg.
slacked till 10++ & he headed back home to change b4 sending me back to change as well. thereafter we went down DF to meet D's friend plus met up with fen & alexx as well.
drinking friday night as usual. the company of martell and friends.drank and party till 3++ b4 heading back home. oh! and i forgot to bring my cam out tt night.sighh..


Saturday (27.03.2010)
woke up ard 1++ and lazily prepared myself for afternoon's viewing at kaki bukit. lotsa follow ups to be done as usual. headed down sembawang and met up with D for dinner. slacked at tt area till 10++ b4 D went back home to change b4 sending me to change as well.
both of us reached dolly ard 12am and he went to find his friends whilst i went to find my DK to kick start my drinking momentum. tsk tsk!

the whole table of dem had 8 bottles of martell tt night.. SCARY!! stayed till 3++ b4 i went dolly kitchen to have my fav BKT b4 gg back. i was so worn out by then! O.o

i only had 6 hrs of slp and we had to reach suntec by 1:30pm to catch the movie "how to train a dragon" bcuz D's company gave dem complimentary tix. best of all, they chose to play it at such an early timing. thks! -.-
watched till 3++ b4 we roamed ard suntec looking for light snacks to munch on. headed back home and snoozed all the way till 6++ b4 waking up for dinner.*slurps*
i think i really din had a gd slp for the past few days; my eyes was closing anytym ard 11pm. zzz!

woke up early in the morning after having a gd long rest. started all my postings in the morning and went for viewings in the afternoon. i hate gg for appts when its raining. sucks!
went ubi and waited for the guys to tailor make their shirts b4 gg for dins somewhere nearby! finallyy,my first meal of the day! :)
thereafter was our 1st residential viewing at 8pm. nth much of a difference though. everything ended swiftly by 8:15pm and i went to meet D at bishan to satisfy our KOI cravings! :p
reached home ard 12++ and i KO lyk immediately? lols.

woke up early in the morning to continue my postings. something is v v wrong. i kept posting adverts for the past 2 days and there were not much response,surprisingly!! this is not smth gd though, its worrying me to the max. if this continues, i really gotta start save more grass for next mth alr! ranted @ 7:25 PM last few days was lyk hell for me! nope, its not bcuz of drinking for once! my fri was literally BURNT for the whole day. supposed to attend some real estate CRASH course. omgg! the whole entire course lasted from 1pm all the way till 10:30pm can! we nearly died of boredom. ass and me even sneaked out during the course and have our self proclaimed 2 hrs brk. wahahahas!
went for our fav BKT @ balestier after the course and D came to send us home. as usual, the same clique jio-ed dolly tt night again! i was seriously damn tempted can.if only i dont have to wake up early on sat;my fri night would prolly be partying @ dolly again! T.T


20th March 2010
sat woke as early as 7am & travel to bishan for stupid crash course training again! zzz! course started on the dot at 9am and all the contents were so dry until i found myself dozing off by 9:30am. =X
sneaked out for viewing ard 11am and was supposed to head back for class after lunch. BUT, i was super reluctant to go back office and have my ears/mind/butt tortured again. therefore met up with D and i ended up in town watching movie. machiam back to school days lidat! LOLs.
slacked @ bugis until evening before gg down vivo and met up with my long-tym-no-see babes! :))


slacked @ serenity and we played cards ++ gossiped all night long. NICE!:D

went northpoint with D in the evening and had sakae for dinner. at least a gd dinner to end my wasted day.yumms! ^^ OH! and both of us had a HARD tym finding our parked vehicle too bcuz its our virgin trip there. can't believe we spent almost half an hr searching for tt damn car! zzz.
reached home ard midnight and i KO immediately. freaking tired. haven had a proper slp for 4 days alr! T.T

woke up ard 8++ and spent our whole late mornings/early afternoons with appts. finally my routine's back to normal again. reached home ard 4++ and i snoozed all the way till evening. shiok! spent the whole evening nua-ing and doing my own personal stuffs. lyk finally!

its nice to be slogging so hard in the day and catch up with loved ones in the evening. simply ended my day perfectly! :D

viewing started as early as 11am tt day. omg. we can't believe we were actually so hardworking. HAHAHA! not to mention, we finally broke our egg as well! woohoo, first chq collected from our client. the feeling is awesome! we were even more motivated to work harder thereafter. tsk tsk!
all the viewings ended only ard 6pm and i rushed home to nap for ard 2 hrs. woke up ard 8++ and wash up,waiting for master and steven come pick me up to go dolly tgt. :p
had our dinner first and reached only ard 11pm. thk god there was a tiny weeny space for us to put our drinks and we started drinking lyk no body's business again!
omg, and to think their motto was drink till we drop! -.-

woke up ard 8++ to prepare for appt. it was a relatively short viewing and by the time i reached home after lunch, it was only ard 1pm! LOLs.
napped abit,woke up ard 3++ to prepare for d's DND. the only reason why i agree to go to his DND tgt is bcuz of ♥! :p
apparently his company hired DF's band to perform tt night.wahahaha! free dinner plus get to see ♥;win win situation! *shrugs*
